Lead HR operations transformation at Altus Group in Toronto through scalable processes, Workday expertise, and stronger service governance. This full time permanent role uses a hybrid work model.
Reporting to the Senior HR Director, the Senior Manager, HR Operations will build processes, governance, technology, and service practices for a global organization. You will improve employee lifecycle operations, HR data quality, reporting reliability, audit readiness, and cross-functional execution. Workday, ServiceNow, automation, and approved AI-enabled solutions support this mandate.
Key Responsibilities: Shape and continuously improve the HR Operations model
Standardize, automate, document, and measure operational HR work
Own onboarding, employee changes, organizational updates, and offboarding




Strengthen workforce data governance and recurring reporting
Partner across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal
Requirements: Experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems
Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in complex organizations
Hands-on Workday or comparable HRIS experience
Understanding of data quality, controls, documentation, and audit readiness
Ability to redesign processes and execute through ambiguity
Bring HR operations leadership, Workday fluency, and process improvement judgment to strengthen Altus Group’s global HR service delivery.
