Drive Axis sales across Central Canada from a remote Ontario base, using enterprise selling and customer relationship skills across the region.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will support sales and education for Axis products, solutions, and services. You will serve Kitchener-Waterloo through Milton, engaging integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users. The individual contributor role emphasizes tailored solutions, strategic relationships, and regional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships with prospects and existing customers
Develop regional business plans and exceed sales targets
Conduct site visits, demonstrations, presentations, and educational events
Promote Axis cameras, analytics, access control, and software
Maintain forecasts, activity pipelines, and sales reports in CRM
Requirements: Minimum five years of full-cycle sales experience
At least three years of enterprise sales experience
Solid selling, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office and CRM platform proficiency
Located in Kitchener-Waterloo or the surrounding area
