As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will help run the experimentation engine behind MaintainX customer acquisition. You will structure tests, manage budgets, analyze performance, and recommend which channels to scale, pivot, or stop. The work supports B2B growth marketing for a SaaS platform used by industrial and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design structured tests across paid social and emerging channels
Manage test budgets and shift spend toward performance
Analyze quantitative and qualitative experiment results
Present recommendations to Marketing and Sales leaders
Build reusable testing frameworks and documentation
Requirements: Hands-on performance campaign and budget management experience
Experience co-managing $250-500K or more annually
Track record structuring tests and measuring impact
Experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing
Fluency with analytics tools and a CRM
Apply growth marketing expertise, channel testing, budget management, and analytics to expand MaintainX acquisition investments.
