As an AX Engineer, you will build ACTO SuperAgents for commercial, medical, and patient-facing workflows. You will translate user roles and enterprise processes into compliant, high-performing agent configurations. The work combines AI behaviour engineering, systems integration, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct client discovery sessions and document technical specifications
Map databases, APIs, warehouses, Veeva, Salesforce, and Snowflake dependencies
Configure objectives, guardrails, intent logic, and interaction flows
Model Skills using tools, actions, and governed knowledge
Evaluate outputs,



support UAT, and refine agent performance
Requirements: One to two years designing AI agents or conversational systems
Robust prompt engineering and system-level instruction skills
Understanding of LLM behaviour and evaluation methods
Experience with structured testing, APIs, and backend databases
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Build reliable ACTO SuperAgents through prompt engineering, evaluation, workflow design, and compliant enterprise integration.
