As an Applications Architect, you will shape enterprise architectures, solution blueprints, and technology roadmaps for a leading Canadian law firm. The position requires significant architecture experience, Microsoft Azure knowledge, software development expertise, and AI integration capabilities. You will support the Firm’s technology strategy while guiding application delivery and governance.
Key Responsibilities: Design scalable, secure enterprise application architectures and solution blueprints
Define application roadmaps and modernization strategies with IT leadership
Support application lifecycles through deployment and continuous improvement
Lead AI capability evaluation, integration, and responsible architecture governance
Conduct architecture reviews and mitigate performance, scalability, and security risks
Requirements: Eight to ten-plus years of Information Technology experience
Five-plus years focused on application or solution architecture
Proven Microsoft Azure architecture and services expertise
Development experience with C#/.NET or related languages
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
