As a Senior Analyst, Marketing Automation and Email, you will execute daily automation operations for Fairstone Bank, Fairstone, HT, Oaken, EdenPark, and Fig. The work includes promotional campaigns, lifecycle journeys, testing, reporting, and optimization. You will collaborate with Analytics and cross-functional partners to improve customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Build promotional emails and customer lifecycle journeys
Execute segmentation and A/B testing strategies
Test and quality-assure automation campaign activities
Analyze reports, trends, and engagement opportunities




Resolve delivery issues with internal and external teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or related field
Two or more years of digital marketing experience
Proven successful marketing automation and email campaign experience
Braze experience preferred; HTML, CSS, and Liquid knowledge advantageous
Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
