Grow Wealthsimple’s business banking client base through referral partnerships, commercial ownership, and acquisition-focused channel development.
This Senior Lead of Partnerships owns the business banking referral channel end to end, from sourcing and signing partners to driving current clients and deposits. You will also support partner acquisition campaigns and sponsorships that expand Wealthsimple’s reach online and in person. Success depends on building pipelines, negotiating effective terms, measuring attribution, and converting partnerships into funded customer growth. Cross-functional work with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product ensures each activation performs well and supports acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities: Source and sign partners for the business banking referral channel
Drive new business clients and deposits through referrals




Secure funding and co-marketing for partner acquisition campaigns
Source smaller partners for specific campaign moments
Measure channel performance, funded clients, deposits, reach, and ROI
Requirements: Seven to ten years of relevant partnerships or growth experience
Experience building referral or channel pipelines with measurable results
Business banking or SMB acquisition experience
Integrated referral product partnerships experience
Growth orientation with strong funnel, CAC, LTV, and attribution skills
Lead Wealthsimple’s business banking partnerships with channel expertise, commercial judgment, and measurable client and deposit acquisition.
