You will plan cash flow across multiple projects, collaborate with lenders and quantity surveyors, and translate technical construction details into actionable financial insights. The role also includes direct executive communication and accounting team leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, accounting, tax filings, and cost calculations
Present results, development updates, and return calculations
Lead cash flow planning across multiple independent projects




Manage and mentor a two-person accounting team
Coordinate standards and timelines with external partners
Requirements: Senior controller experience in construction and real estate development
CPA designation strongly preferred
Experience handling complex tax filings and project financing
Ability to model cash flow independently
Availability to work in office in Guelph
