This Engineering Manager, Frontend role leads shared frontend infrastructure and data/reporting systems. You will own Wrapbook’s component system, including design systems, data grids, reporting frameworks, and shared UI infrastructure. Success requires frontend expertise, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, and collaboration with product, design, and platform peers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Frontend Platform team’s direction and delivery
Own shared UI infrastructure and component system evolution
Partner across product, design, and engineering on roadmaps
Drive technical design reviews for frontend initiatives
Improve organization-wide frontend performance and quality
Requirements: Four or more years managing engineering teams
Strong frontend individual contributor experience
StimulusJS, Hotwire, and up-to-date tooling expertise
Experience building shared libraries or design systems
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
Lead scalable frontend foundations and technical direction while supporting Wrapbook’s AI-powered production finance platform.
