Lead HSS systems at BHP’s Jansen Project from Saskatoon, applying risk management and governance expertise in a hybrid work model.
As Superintendent HSS Systems, you will provide senior leadership across health, safety, security, hygiene, emergency response, and related functions. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen management systems, and support secure, sustainable, high-performing operations. The position works with operational leaders and stakeholders across the Potash business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop HSS systems teams and high-performance cultures
Direct governance, assurance, risk management, and operational readiness
Improve HSS systems, standards, controls, and governance practices
Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement strategies




Coach leaders on HSS practices, assurance, change, and improvement
Requirements: Experienced leadership in health, safety, security, environment, or related disciplines
Background within a complex industrial environment
Success leading multidisciplinary teams through coaching and capability development
Knowledge of HSS and risk management principles and systems
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving abilities
Bring senior HSS leadership, governance, risk management, and coaching expertise to BHP’s Jansen Project in Saskatoon.
