As Project Manager / Estimator, you will coordinate estimation, execution, and closeout across piling projects. The work includes budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, construction documents, and field operations. You will communicate with clients, engineers, crews, suppliers, subcontractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities: Estimate, manage, and oversee multiple projects concurrently
Develop budgets and track project profitability with finance
Create schedules and coordinate equipment, crews, and mobilization
Review and negotiate construction change orders




Travel to Alberta project sites for meetings and kickoffs
Requirements: Three or more years of related estimating experience
Five or more years of piling industry experience
Construction Management, Estimating, Engineering, or related education
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, documents, and contracts
Experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6
