Our client distributes residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies nationally. As Market Leader, you will guide Account Executives, strengthen dealer and contractor relationships, and support the residential HVAC replacement market. The work combines sales strategy, market management, and direct customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop one to two Account Executives
Set sales objectives and margin growth targets
Execute territory strategies for revenue and market share
Conduct customer visits and provide field coaching
Use CRM metrics to guide sales decisions
Requirements: Ten or more years of progressive sales leadership
HVAC industry experience preferred
Business acumen in planning, margins, and financial analysis
Proven coaching and sales team development ability
Willingness to travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan
