As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will develop, evaluate, govern, and operationalize scalable machine learning solutions. The work spans model validation, AI risk management, fairness assessments, explainability, safety testing, monitoring, and production deployment. You will partner with engineering, product, security, and governance teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning solutions
Evaluate predictive models, LLMs, and Generative AI applications
Conduct fairness, bias, and disparate impact assessments
Develop explainability capabilities using SHAP, LIME,



and model cards
Implement monitoring, drift detection, observability, and AI risk controls
Requirements: Seven or more years supporting production machine learning solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
Python, CI/CD, and CLI or scripting experience
PyTorch, scikit-learn, and production data pipeline experience
Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure or AWS
