Shape paid acquisition and ad monetisation for Clipwire Games from Toronto, with responsibility for profitable growth across three live titles.
This senior leadership role reports to the CEO and leads growth through functional leaders. You will manage UA investment, attribution, mediation, network partnerships, bidding, eCPM optimisation, and creative testing. Your remit also includes retention, lifecycle management, VIP programs, and collaboration with Product on placements and frequency. Clipwire Games is the studio behind Monopoly: Bingo!, TPIR: Bingo!, and Bingo Story.
Key Responsibilities: Own paid and organic acquisition strategy across the game portfolio
Allocate investment and establish attribution, measurement, and experimentation
Lead mediation, network partnerships, bidding, and eCPM optimisation
Make creative testing, innovation,



and performance a growth priority
Improve LTV through Product, LiveOps, Economy Design, and Data Science partnerships
Requirements: Five-plus years of mobile gaming growth or performance marketing experience
Ownership of multi-million-dollar budgets across major advertising channels
Understanding of mobile growth economics and performance measurement
Track record using creative strategy to improve UA performance
Robust executive communication and cross-functional influence
Bring acquisition economics, ad monetisation, creative testing, and executive leadership to Clipwire Games’ growth organisation.
