The Partnership Lead, Specialty serves as Biogen’s primary contact for Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care. You will translate insights into action, coordinate cross-functional partners, and improve patient pathways to care. The role emphasizes account planning, customer experience, and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities: Drive patient identification and referrals for Biogen therapies
Promote brands, programs, services, and technology
Develop and optimize strategic account plans
Analyze territory performance and market trends




Manage budgets and administrative requirements
Requirements: Minimum five years progressive specialty or biotech field sales experience
Demonstrated product launch success
Neuropsychiatry, Neurology, or rare disease experience considered an asset
Robust communication, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50% to 70%
Apply specialty sales leadership, account strategy, and customer insight to advance Biogen therapies across the assigned Ontario territory.
