Use construction claims analysis and technical writing skills as a Claims Specialist supporting EBC’s Legal Team across Canada. Travel approximately monthly to project sites and regional offices.
As a Claims Specialist, you will guide project teams through construction claims preparation and submission. You will assess delays and cost overruns, analyze productivity and damages, and apply industry-standard methodologies. The work also involves coordinating project, accounting, legal, and consultant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Assess schedule delays and construction project cost overruns
Perform productivity, delay, and damage analyses
Compile data, charts, schedules, and visual aids
Develop claim strategies and recommendations




Support negotiations and formal claims submissions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
At least five years’ construction industry experience
Bilingual English and French communication abilities
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
Willingness to travel approximately once monthly
