As a Manager or Senior Consultant, you will lead onboarding engagements using SAP SuccessFactors. You will design, configure, and deploy scalable onboarding journeys while guiding clients through transformation. The work connects Recruiting, Employee Central, and third party systems.
Key Responsibilities: Shape onboarding strategies with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
Facilitate workshops translating visions into SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions
Design workflows, forms, and tailored onboarding experiences
Manage timelines, deliverables, testing,



training, and communications
Requirements: Robust understanding of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Ability to advise on compliance and experience design
Experience collaborating across HR technology teams
Capability to mentor junior consultants and share knowledge
Lead SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding transformations at EY through solution design, client guidance, implementation, and employee experience.
