As Region Sales Manager, you will expand market share, develop strategic opportunities, and deliver consistent sales performance within an assigned territory. The role focuses on mining projects, key accounts, OEM partnerships, and EPC relationships. You will collaborate with KSB Mining global teams to execute long-term growth initiatives.

Expand KSB footprint across mineral processing applications
Grow and retain strategic customer accounts
Develop OEM partnerships and preferred-supplier agreements
Lead cross-functional Must-Win project pursuits
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, mining, or related field
10+ years in mining, pumps, or engineered solutions
Business development, account management, or EPC/OEM sales success
Understanding of slurry pumping and mine project cycles
Willingness to travel across Eastern Canada and occasionally globally
Apply strategic sales leadership, mining expertise, and relationship development to grow KSB's Eastern Canada market presence.
