Job Summary:

The Accounting Analyst supports accurate and timely financial reporting by maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with IFRS. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen accounting processes and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare journal entries and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
- Standardize and improve processes across the organization.
- Review and analyze the financial results of CCM's subsidiaries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA designation.
- At least three years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Skilled proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
