As a full time Procurement Specialist, you will coordinate inventory, work-order purchasing, supplier activity, and procure-to-pay records. The position connects Procurement, Maintenance, Warehousing, Accounts Payable, Finance, contractors, and suppliers. Your work supports accurate materials availability and transaction control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain spare-parts records and inventory in Limble and Sage X3
- Monitor work orders and complete required purchasing actions
- Create purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
- Process receiving activities and investigate unmatched transactions




- Coordinate invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation for approval

Requirements:

- One to three years of purchasing, inventory, MRO, or supply-chain experience
- College diploma or degree in a related field preferred
- ERP and CMMS experience; Sage X3 and Limble highly desirable
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and resolve discrepancies proactively
