Coordinate IT support and CRM systems for IDRF, helping staff resolve technology requests while improving reliable, secure operations. This full-time position supports practical technology service.

As Technology and Systems Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day requests, provide first-level troubleshooting, and support Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT. The role also assists with approved AI tools, automation, technology rollouts, documentation, and cross-departmental projects. You will report to the Director of Finance within Finance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track internal technology requests through resolution
- Troubleshoot device, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues
- Coordinate equipment setup, access, onboarding, and offboarding
- Support CRM questions, testing, documentation,



and donor workflows
- Assist approved AI, automation, and technology improvements

Requirements:

- Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical technology experience
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end users
- Robust organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Willingness to learn Raiser’s Edge NXT and AI tools
