As Department Sales Manager for Hockey, you will manage and inspire a high-performing team at Team Town Sports. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead associates toward exceptional hockey customer experiences
- Maintain stocked, priced, and standards-compliant merchandise displays
- Coach, develop, and mentor department team members




- Manage operations to maximize productivity and profitability
- Oversee replenishment, stock accuracy, and safety compliance

Requirements:

- Three to four years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership focused on coaching and team development
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Creative abilities applied to visual merchandising
- In-depth performance apparel, footwear, and fanwear knowledge
