Support recruiting and onboarding at KidStrong as a Junior Human Resources Associate with versatile work from home options available.

KidStrong develops strong, confident, high character kids through a science based training program. You will help grow and scale the organization while supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance records. This Monday to Friday role includes some evenings and weekends based on recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post vacancies and perform first candidate interviews
- Complete background checks during recruitment
- Add new hires to scheduling and payroll platforms
- Keep employee records current and identify performance gaps
- Work with general managers to close identified gaps

Requirements:

- Junior human resources professional experience
- Ideally, a human resources diploma
- Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends
- Interest in learning and growing within human resources
- Interest in KidStrong and coaching classes, ideally
