Operate commercial vehicles safely as a Class 3 Building Materials Driver in Vaughan, delivering materials and supporting physical onsite placements.
GMS Canada seeks a driver for its Vaughan location within the GMS Family of Locations. You will transport building materials to customer job sites, communicate with dispatch and site trades, and assist warehouse staff. The work includes delivery support in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver materials to assigned areas as customers direct
Verify load security and accuracy before delivery
Maintain dispatch contact and resolve delivery issues
Prepare trucks for reloading after deliveries
Follow regulations, policies, and company procedures
Requirements: Valid Class 3 or DZ driver’s license
Clean driver’s abstract
Effective written and oral communication skills
Basic mathematics and hand tool skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
Bring protected driving, customer communication, and building materials delivery skills to GMS Canada’s Vaughan operations and job sites.
