As Senior Manager, you will lead talent, leadership and career development alongside employee experience programs. The work spans succession planning, learning pathways, employee listening and scalable people solutions. You will partner with HR, Operations and Technology to improve organizational capability and career experiences across Bayshore.
Key Responsibilities: Shape enterprise talent, leadership and career development priorities
Lead leadership programs for emerging, frontline and experienced leaders
Manage talent reviews, succession planning and readiness assessments
Design learning pathways for healthcare,
clinical and administrative populations
Optimize onboarding, transitions, recognition and employee listening programs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Minimum eight years of progressive relevant experience
Experience facilitating leadership development and talent assessment
Enterprise people-program design experience at scale
Solid analytical, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
