Key Responsibilities: Maintain customer orders in the Direct Project Management System
Enter purchase orders and track project orders
Expedite orders and follow up on outstanding items
Reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders
Process shop drawings for approval and records
Requirements: Minimum two to three years of related experience
Sales experience considered an asset, not required
Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to maintain positive supplier and customer relationships
