Support outpatient pharmacy operations at Toronto General Hospital through merchandising, cashier functions, and customer service. This is a permanent full-time position.
UHN seeks a Merchandising Technician for its Outpatient Pharmacy. Working under Operations leadership, you will order, receive, price, and merchandise prescription and non-prescription items across multi-site pharmacies. The position also supports technical pharmacy functions and prescription deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Order, receive, and price prescription and non-prescription items
Perform merchandising and cashier functions
Organize revenue-generating promotions and customer interest
Coordinate stale-dated merchandise and product returns
Assist with prescription packaging,



deliveries, and invoice reconciliation
Requirements: Grade 12 or recognized equivalent
One year of related merchandising experience, preferably healthcare
Very valuable verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, practices, and regulations
Basic Excel and MS Word skills are an asset
Apply pharmacy merchandising, organization, and customer service skills while supporting outpatient care at UHN’s Toronto General Hospital.
