Bring early learning expertise to Durham District School Board classrooms as a Supply Early Childhood Educator supporting children across Brock, Scugog, and Uxbridge.
This supply role partners with classroom teachers under the Principal’s guidance to plan and implement full-day learning. You will supervise extended day programming as required and collaborate on supportive learning environments. The work requires sensitive communication with children, parents, staff, and the public.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers on full-day learning program delivery
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs
Create environments supporting children’s social and emotional growth
Provide assistance during dressing, toileting,



and lunchtime activities
Move equipment and physically assist children when required
Requirements: Early Childhood Education Diploma from a two-year community college
College of Early Childhood Educators registration
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures
Solid organization and time management skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, crouch, and reach
Use your ECE diploma, classroom collaboration, and program planning skills to support learners in Durham District schools.
