Thompson Fire and Emergency Services is hiring a full-time Emergency Medical Responder. Recent EMRs start as probationary employees and can progress to First-Class within 24 months, with overtime callbacks expected.
Pay $32.47 per hour, plus an $11,000 annual retention allowance and a bi-weekly remoteness allowance

Key requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 4 Manitoba driver's licence
Current EMR certification registered with the College of Paramedics
Meet hearing and vision standards
Canadian citizen or permanent resident, at least 18
Physically fit and medically able to do the work
