Represent Ryder in outside sales by nurturing customer relationships, presenting proposals, and growing rental revenues. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This Rental Account Manager position combines inside and outside sales responsibilities. You will identify transportation needs, develop customized solutions, and pursue opportunities with prospective and existing customers. You will also support dealer accounts, pursue retention, and achieve sales goals at or above quota.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and nurture current sales opportunities
Increase rental revenues through sales strategies
Present proposals addressing transportation needs
Provide ongoing account and dealer support
Attain sales goals at or above quota
Requirements: Three or more years of demonstrated sales success
Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Above-average interpersonal and presentation skills
Keen problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work cross-functionally toward objectives
Bring customer communication, analytical thinking, and outside sales experience to Ryder’s rental account growth efforts.
