Lead building services for Sienna Senior Living from Markham, Ontario, using facilities leadership and regulatory knowledge to support secure resident environments.

Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities & Asset Management, this senior manager oversees building services across Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions in assigned provinces. The work combines people leadership, provincial oversight, standardization, performance management, and enterprise-wide program coordination. You will work with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and other partners to support compliant, efficient, and comfortable environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead building services across assigned provincial divisions
- Monitor compliance, quality, risks, and operational performance
- Coordinate enterprise-wide building programs and initiatives
- Oversee vendors,



contracts, scopes, and service expectations
- Guide managers supporting maintenance, security, and building operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field
- Minimum ten years of progressive multi-site experience
- Significant people leadership experience across geographically dispersed teams
- Fire Safety Planning Training completion for owners and operators
- Knowledge of Ontario building and safety requirements
