This entry level contract to hire position supports a growing Wealth Operations team within a leading financial institution. You will work with client, account, and investment documentation while supporting operational processes. The work includes data entry, quality assurance, account maintenance, onboarding, transfers, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process client, account, and investment documentation
Update information across multiple internal systems
Validate data and complete quality assurance tasks
Investigate discrepancies, missing information,
and processing exceptions
Manage work queues and communicate with internal stakeholders
Requirements: Some administrative or back office experience
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office, including Excel
Comfort using Teams and everyday office tools
Ability to handle confidential financial information discreetly
