Support donor data and fundraising insights at Inn from the Cold in Calgary through Raiser’s Edge NXT and accurate database management.

The full time Development & Database Specialist supports The INN’s Philanthropy & Engagement strategy. You will maintain donor records, process donations, analyze fundraising data, and support annual giving. The role also strengthens stewardship, prospect development, and team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain donor and gift records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
- Process donations and charitable tax receipts accurately
- Generate reports and analyze donor data
- Coordinate direct mail, digital, and monthly giving programs
- Support stewardship, prospect research, and donor recognition

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- At least three years of direct fund development experience
- Three years’ experience in fundraising and donor services
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or comparable database
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
