At Karis Disability Services, you will assist people with daily life and support their connections. You will recognize each person’s rights, unique gifts, and needs. The work helps people learn skills for personal growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist people with developmental disabilities in daily life
- Work with people in their homes and communities
- Support connections involved in each person’s life
- Recognize people’s rights to direct their lives
- Support skills for individual growth and development
Requirements:
- Availability for 16 to 34 hours weekly
- Ability to work on-site in the Orillia area
- Full G license preferred
- Developmental Services Worker education preferred
- Related post-secondary education preferred
