Battlefield Equipment Rentals, part of Toromont Industries Ltd., seeks an unlicensed Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician. The role suits an experienced field service or heavy equipment mechanic, or a third- or fourth-year apprentice. Service Genie, Skyjack, CAT, and customer equipment across Cambridge, Brantford, Guelph, and Kitchener. Use Cat systems, including ET and SIS as an asset, while working independently and within the Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and service construction equipment at customer sites
- Inspect equipment on job sites




- Order required parts promptly
- Maintain organized service vehicles
- Provide excellent customer relations across the service region

Requirements:

- Heavy equipment or field service mechanical experience
- Strong diagnostic and failure analysis skills
- Hydraulic system knowledge and personal tools
- Full G licence with clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
