Key Responsibilities

- Support the Supply Chain Project team by coordinating activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of Supply Chain documentation.
- Review, code, and process supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment. Including follow up with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any errors.
- Maintain Supply Chain records, databases, and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.




- Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates related to Supply Chain as required.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks requiring sound judgment and a solid understanding of procurement processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable procurement standards.
