As Executive Assistant within Global Operations Enterprise Risk Management, you will support three executives with secretarial, operational, and administrative responsibilities. Your work helps maintain established processes and control standards across a medium to large business group. The role calls for skilled communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, critical thinking, and careful attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain executive calendars, agendas, invitations, rooms, and meeting resources
Arrange executive and group travel and submit PeopleSoft expenses
Track invoices, contracts, expenses, and financial report updates




Prepare confidential correspondence, minutes, reports, and presentations
Support onboarding and offboarding requests for departing and new employees
Requirements: Three to five years as an Executive Assistant
Experience in professional, confidential, and fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Discretion, diplomacy, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Bring executive support, travel coordination, Microsoft Office, and confidential communication skills to CIBC’s Toronto Risk Management team.
