Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to patients of all ages
Assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Provide preventative medicine, screening and health promotion
Manage ongoing care for patients with complex medical needs
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialist services
Maintain high standards of clinical care and documentation
Candidate Requirements Recognised medical degree and postgraduate training in Family Medicine / General Practice




CPSO licensed or eligible for independent practice in Ontario
UK-trained GPs with MRCGP and CCT are encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
