Remote Accounts Receivable Clerk contract supporting an Ottawa-based customer, using collections and account reconciliation expertise. Process high-volume transactions accurately and communicate professionally.

LeverageTek seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a six-month contract chance. The position requires corporate accounts receivable experience, payment processing, and cash application knowledge. You will monitor overdue balances, resolve discrepancies, maintain records, and support reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly
• Follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding customer payments
• Conduct collection calls and send payment reminders
• Investigate billing issues, payment discrepancies,

• Reconcile accounts, apply payments, and support month-end activities

Requirements:

• Three to five years of corporate accounts receivable experience
• Hands-on collections experience with overdue accounts and payments
• Experience with cash application and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills
