Responsibilities

Tasks

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff to ensure effective operations.
- Inspect work sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange additional services, including painting, repairs, renovations, and replacement of furniture and equipment.
- Assist cleaning staff with their assigned duties as required.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and establish employee work schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
