As part of MNP’s Human Capital team, you will develop reporting, analytics, and workforce insights. You will analyze complex datasets, maintain data integrity, and support Human Capital Management System processes. The work connects human capital information with operational and business planning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop reporting and analytics solutions using Excel and Power BI
Audit data, review reports, and conduct regression testing
Interpret complex datasets and prepare detailed business reports
Document processes, train users, and troubleshoot application issues




Recommend improvements across systems, controls, and work processes
Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or Computer Science
Experience with Human Capital data and workforce reporting
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
Expertise with Power BI, Power Platform, and data models
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely
Bring workforce analytics, Power BI, data integrity, and process improvement expertise to MNP’s Human Capital team.
