As an Agricultural Lending Credit Analyst, you will assess loan applications, prepare documentation, and make lending decisions within delegated authorities. You will guide customers through options while building expertise in credit, risk, and customer experience. The work supports Canadian agriculture through personalized advice and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities: Complete financial and credit analysis for loan applications
Prepare documentation and make delegated lending decisions
Explain lending options and resolve customer issues
Adjudicate Alliance partner credit applications
Document interactions accurately in FCC systems
Requirements: Diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics, or commerce
At least one year of relevant experience
Solid financial acumen and credit risk analysis ability
Exceptional phone-based customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and learn technologies
