This position maintains machinery, equipment, and facility systems supporting production efficiency and minimal downtime. You will troubleshoot PLCs, AC/DC drive motors, electrical systems, air systems, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities also include reviewing work orders, sourcing parts through SAP, communicating equipment status, and responding urgently to down equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Review and prioritize daily maintenance work orders
Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive motors
Repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Communicate equipment status with production staff
Source parts and enter procurement details in SAP
Requirements: Three-plus years of relevant experience
Millwright License and Class 4 Boiler Operator License
480-volt three-phase electrical experience required
Capability to install and program PLCs
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Use PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and work-order expertise to keep Tremco manufacturing equipment maintained and production needs supported.
