Support MNP’s regional talent strategy through recruitment, employee relations, and human resources operations. This position requires flexibility to travel as necessary.
As a Generalist on MNP’s Regional Human Capital team, you will provide people-focused support across the firm. You will implement strategies, programs, and processes that attract, develop, train, and retain talent. Your work includes recruitment, onboarding, employee data, performance, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct role evaluations and contribute to recruitment plans
Produce job offers and complete reference checks
Coordinate orientation and manage onboarding logistics
Maintain employee files, payroll, and HRIS updates
Support leaders with employee relations and performance management
Requirements: Post-secondary education with an HR specialty
Completed or pursuing CPHR designation
Three years of human resources experience
Qualified services industry experience considered an asset
Flexibility to travel as necessary
Bring recruitment, employee support, and HR operations expertise to MNP’s Regional Human Capital team as a trusted advisor.
