Serve Indigenous clients in Vancouver through TD Wealth’s Indigenous Trust Services team, supporting trust accounts with organized administration. Partner with Trust Officers in a client-focused associate role.
As a Private Trust Client Services Associate, you will support Trust Officers and the Private Trust Manager across complex Indigenous client accounts. Your work combines administrative, analytical, and service responsibilities with direct communication and correspondence. You will also act as a secondary client contact for relationship managers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist Trust Officers with Indigenous trust account administration
Support secondary contact needs for relationship manager clients
Maintain contact routines and account documentation




Direct incoming requests to appropriate people or areas
Collaborate across teams in moderate to high complexity work
Requirements: Undergraduate degree
Working toward or completion of the Canadian Securities Course
TEP fulfillment or progress is an asset
Ability to follow instructions and direction
Solid confidential communication and collaboration abilities
Use trust administration, client correspondence, and collaborative service skills to support Indigenous Trust Services at TD Wealth.
