Health & Safety and Business Coordinator

Redhead Artificial Lift Ltd. is looking for a motivated, organized, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Health & Safety and Business Coordinator.

The role combines Health & Safety coordination with marketing, digital business support, and day-to-day operations offering the opportunity to develop skills, take initiative, and make a meaningful contribution throughout the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate Health & Safety activities, compliance, documentation, reporting, inspections, training, and audits.
- Support safety meetings, employee engagement, and the ongoing development of consistent safety practices.
- Maintain safety management systems and external vendor compliance platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives, manage company website updates, and help build and maintain our social media presence.
- Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing and business development support.




- Provide administrative, shop, and parts support as required to help keep business operations running smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1-3 years of relevant experience or a diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Occupational Health & Safety certification, or a willingness to work toward one.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office, social media, website management, and digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A willingness to learn about the artificial-lift industry and contribute across different areas of the business.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and availability for occasional travel.
