Home care nursing with WeeCare centers on pediatric support, family reassurance, and safe overnight care in Toronto. Work Thursday and Friday from 21:00 to 07:00.
This part time Pediatric Registered Nurse position supports children and families in their home environment. The role combines clinical care with cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support. You will help maintain comfort, safety, documentation, and appropriate follow-up based on individual client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide reassurance, comfort, and consistency
Support cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological needs
Respond to child and family concerns
Safeguard medications, narcotics, equipment, and belongings
Notify supervisors about incidents and safety concerns
Requirements: Current registration in good standing with CNO
Pediatric client experience
Current Basic Life Support certification
Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
Professional Liability Insurance
