Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for its Harrow facility. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support invoice processing, payment activities, reconciliations, and accurate financial records. The work involves SAP, IMS, BlackLine, and coordination across Finance, Purchasing, stockroom personnel, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Match packing slips to invoices daily
Enter invoices into SAP and scan IMS documentation
Resolve pricing, quantity, and missing receipt discrepancies
Support ACH, cheque, and scheduled tax payments
Reconcile subledgers, accounts, and month-end accruals
Requirements: College diploma with accounting experience
Accounts payable or invoice processing experience preferred
Solid organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard computer applications
Accuracy and detail orientation in financial transactions
