Drive seasonal hiring with Pursuit as a Contract Recruiter using high-volume recruiting and clear candidate communication. This hybrid role is based in Banff or Jasper.
Support Pursuit’s Talent Acquisition team while hiring more than 2,800 seasonal employees across iconic locations in Canada, Montana, and Alaska. Recruit across multiple positions, manage changing priorities, and help meet milestone hiring goals throughout the season. The contract runs October through June, with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Screen candidates and facilitate up to 10 daily interviews
Maintain pipelines as hiring priorities and timelines change
Communicate duties, wages, housing, schedules, and perks
Manage requisitions, offers,



and records in Workday
Coordinate background checks and onboarding transitions
Requirements: One to three years recruiting or HR coordination experience
High-volume or seasonal recruiting experience preferred
Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems
Robust organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities
Bring recruiting judgment, candidate-service skills, and Workday knowledge to Pursuit’s seasonal hiring across North America.
