Key Responsibilities: Monitor tender opportunities and identify promising projects
Coordinate subcontractor, supplier, vendor, and consultant relationships
Conduct site visits to understand scope and site conditions
Prepare organized proposals, tender forms, and bid submissions




Coordinate awarded-project handovers with project management
Requirements: Two or more years of commercial construction estimating experience
Robust construction drawing, specification, and technical-document interpretation
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and estimating practices
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
